Speaking exclusively to OPP this week, Station Invest partner and international account manager Andreas Versén said ?we have experienced a greater number of incoming leads during Q1?.

?At the moment there is a lot of capital transfer from bonds and stocks in Sweden into the property sector, especially into real estate abroad.?

Versén also added that he thinks the Florida property market is turning a corner.

He exclusively told OPP: ?The market in Florida gives us indicators that we?d probably seen the rock bottom and we therefore expect the homes prices to appreciate in the future which gives us more clients.?

?The inventory that are interesting for us in Florida is sinking and it?s getting harder and harder for us to identify high-quality properties that still generates an acceptable cap-rate.?
